Helping Haiti :: Prayer Pledge 01/18/2010

Jesus answered them, "Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' it will be done.

Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive."

Let's pledge to put the power within us to work!

Please join me in praying for the people struggling and hurting in Haiti--from those who've lost loved ones, to the doctors on the scene, to the volunteers giving whatever they can, and even to the people far removed that look on this heartache--please pledge to pray with me for each of the many ways God can move in, on, and through this ongoing crisis and the fight to rebuild.

I will be keeping an up to date schedule of prayers pledged; please find a daily time you can petition the Lord on behalf of the many! Let's fill each day through the end of February with someone lifting the needs, nameless and known, to the capable hands of God.

Your pledge is a commitment to pray each day, at your chosen time.
Overlapping is welcome, but filling the day is the goal!

We will be praying at 9 am, and 9 pm for the Haitian people. Although some see prayer as a last resort, I know it to be the most powerful help I can provide to them in their greatest time of need! Thanks for starting this Victoria!

I will pray for Haiti at 9:30 am, and then we will pray again as a family at 6:00 pm. Thanks for doing this! It's a great reminder of the greatest way we can help!

I will take 11 am and 11 pm. I have already been praying at night...I will just take some time at 11 during the day to pray too.
